  • No restocking fee
  • No return label fee (where applicable)
  • Returns are handled via supplier network

💎 2. Folkmarket Direct Products (Gemstones & International Orders)

Return Window:

  • 15 days after delivery

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • With original packaging
  • Same stone/product (verified through identification system)

✅ ACCEPTED RETURN REASONS

  • Item damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Product significantly different from description

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom / personalized orders
  • Wholesale / bulk orders (unless agreed)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Natural variations in gemstones (inclusions, color differences)

📦 RETURN PROCESS

  • Provide order number + issue details
  • Wait for approval before sending item

⚠️ Returns without approval will not be accepted

💰 REFUNDS

  • Issued after inspection of returned item
  • Processed to original payment method
  • May take several days depending on bank

  • Place a new order after approval
