Return Window:
- 15 days after delivery
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- With original packaging
- Same stone/product (verified through identification system)

- Product significantly different from description
❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom / personalized orders
- Wholesale / bulk orders (unless agreed)

📦 RETURN PROCESS

- Provide order number + issue details
- Wait for approval before sending item
⚠️ Returns without approval will not be accepted
💰 REFUNDS
- Issued after inspection of returned item
- Processed to original payment method
